1. When can I start postnatal training?

Depending on the woman and clearance from a healthcare provider, most women can begin light training approximately 6-8 weeks postnatal. Our trainers are aware of the situation and will work with you accordingly.

2. Do I need gym equipment in my home? 

No. Our trainers will bring equipment with them. They can create a training program that does not require much space or equipment.

3. Can I bring my baby to my training session? 

Yes! Many of our clients will train while their baby is sleeping, or resting nearby. We structure the training sessions to be family friendly, and stress free.

4. Will I lose weight with postnatal training?

Yes, but weight loss is not our primary focus. We focus on restoring strength and function. Weight loss comes slowly over time by following our sessions and nutrition coaching that is specific to you.

5. What if I had a c-section?

All of our trainers are certified in postnatal recovery protocols, including c-section recoveries. They will develop a program to fit your body in a gentle, safe, and effective way. â€‹
